Checked into this extended stay after being unsatisfied in other local hotels. The service here is wonderful. The rooms are clean, large, and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly and always say hello to myself and family. The stay has been pleasant, quiet, and the area feels safe. It is conveniently located near Sam’s club and various restaurants and shopping at the local promenade area. The front desk staff are amazing with every request they do everything they can to accommodate. I needed an extra room for family coming into town and Cassie at the front desk was super helpful and made me feel so much better about having guests for the week. Thank you Cassie for all your help you are amazing!!

Whenever I come into town I always come back here for a few reasons; good location, lots of parking, quiet, well kept rooms, etc, and lastly, but most importantly, I come back because of the staff. Every single one of them treat you with kindness, patience, they’re always so accommodating and ready to help whenever you need them. Overall they’re a great group of people that create a home-like atmosphere everytime I’m here and that’s what makes them stand out from the rest.
Clean and relatively quiet, the managers Lisa and Cassie are very cool and welcoming and other staff as well they make sure we have whatever we need, Would recommend for sure.
Cassie at the front desk was super helpful and friendly! She made check-in a breeze and gave great recommendations for local restaurants. Her positive attitude really made my stay better.
Courtney was amazing! She was so patient with me and took her time showing me around the property. She walked me through both the second and third floor options for the queen and king rooms, making sure I understood the differences. She explained everything clearly and was extremely friendly and conversational the entire time. Her customer service today truly made the experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Courtney!
